SQUATCHCON 2025 PROGRAMMING APPLICATION

Thank you for your interest in Squatchcon! We are currently looking for panelists and moderators, workshop hosts, meetup hosts and game event hosts. If you or your organization would like to host a workshop, meetup, or gaming event, please fill out the form below.

  • Panelist and/or Moderators: You are interested in being a special guest or host of one of our mainstage panels. These discussions are curated by Squatchcon organizers. In 2025, our top topics of interest are:

    • Working in the arts, writing, comics, gaming, STEM, and other inspiring professional development discussions with local artists, professionals, and industry leaders

    • Klallam artwork, stories, history, and cultural conversations

    • Costume and cosplay design, construction, and performance

    • Conservation and local biology

    • Kid-focused and kid-friendly conversations about art, writing, Sasquatch, conservation or fan culture

  • Workshop Host: You are interested in hosting your own hands-on workshop in which attendees learn/make/do something - or you are interested in hosting a small unmoderated panel or Q&A and will provide all speakers.

  • Meetup Host: You would like to host a social gathering of fellow fans - typically these Squatchcon events have no structured agenda but may include an activity, screening, or snack/food.

  • Game Event Host: You would like to host a playable game demo, tournament, or other tabletop game event and would like table space at the convention to do so.
