Squatchcon is Port Angeles’ Comic & Arts Convention. Part cosplay and comic convention, part local arts market, and part Sasquatch festival, this uniquely Olympic Peninsula event is a hairy highlight of the spring season. Our event will take place April 10 - 13, 2025 www.squatchonpa.com 

WHAT KIND OF VENDORS SHOULD APPLY?

We are primarily interested in Olympic Peninsula and Washington based artists, artisans, and small businesses. We also welcome comic collectors and creators, activity booths, and local non-profit organizations. There is no fee to apply. Table space is $150 for a full 8ft wide by 2.5ft deep table and 3ft backdrop space or $75 for a half space. Thursday, April 10th is an optional vendor set up day - a limited number of Saturday/Sunday only spaces are available but are reserved primarily for students.

Squatchcon has a student vendor program. We invite student artists to apply; a limited number of free spaces are available each year to student vendors. Please indicate in your application if you are a student applying for one of our student vendor spaces. This program is primarily intended for Clallam County students, but also available to Jefferson County students. All student vendor spaces are 1/2 table spaces (4ft wide).

Sasquatch-focused vendors and researchers may apply: please note that our event is a Sasquatch themed comic and arts convention and not a Sasquatch convention. 

WHAT IS THE APPLICATION DEADLINE?

This application will close on November 30, 2024. This is a juried process; all applications will be considered at once by our committee and decisions will be returned by December 13th.
